GUIDELINES ON HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:
We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us.
If you wish to return it to us, please send it below the return address within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed.

Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage on standard returns.
When you return the items back, please make sure you include a covering note with
your order number, name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to
process your return.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED BY THE COURIER – WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
If your parcel has been returned to MMS My Muscle Supplements Ltd because you were not available to accept the delivery, the cost of your order plus postage will be refunded to the initial payment method used as soon as your parcel arrives back with us.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.
We're proud to offer our customers a range of delivery options to suit their needs. Our Next Working Day delivery service is handled by our courier partner DPD and Royal Mail.
This is a Next Working Day service for orders placed before 9pm Mon - Fri and 3pm Sun on our UK website www.mymusclesupplements.com.
If an order is placed after the cut off time, it will not be delivered the Next Working Day and instead automatically be loaded onto the following day's dispatches.
If an order is placed with Next Working Day delivery on a Friday, the parcel will then be delivered on the following Monday. As Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days.
We do also offer a separate delivery option on our checkout page for Saturday Delivery and Sunday Delivery.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY AND HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?
Our Standard Delivery is FREE for UK Mainland addresses.
International Tracked & Signed Delivery (3 - 5 days) £9.65
EXPRESS delivery (Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class) 1 day delivery aim £5.64 for orders under £39.99. Standard delivery is available right across the UK and we are delighted to be one of the few companies not to charge extra for UK Mainland addresses.
We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Our couriers include, but are not limited to, DPD, Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Provided your order is placed before the cut-off times above it will be dispatched the same day. Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch, however, some out of area postcodes may take longer.
If a mobile number is provided you will receive a text message from the courier confirming that your parcel is out for delivery, and also when it is delivered.
A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.
Recognised working days are Monday - Friday. If an order is placed on a Friday (before 9pm) it will arrive on the next available working day, being a Monday. No deliveries take place on a Weekend or Bank holiday.
If you provide a mobile number when you order, you will receive a text message from the courier giving you a 1 hour delivery window. This will also be sent by email. There will be the option to change the delivery day or leave the parcel with a neighbour, if you are unavailable.
A link will be provided on the text from the courier which gives you detailed tracking of your parcel. This will allow you to actively follow your parcel on board the delivery vehicle. It will show you where the driver is, which delivery they are on currently and where you are in the queue. Then when the driver is near, you will be given a 15 minute delivery window.
