Our brand ambassadors contribute to our Site to help motivate, inspire and guide you. The ambassador content (including workout and nutrition plans) is prepared by each brand ambassador and not MMS My Muscle Supplements LTD, as a guide only. The workout & nutrition plans may need to be adjusted to accommodate your specific circumstances and needs, such as experience, capability and dietary requirements. We recommend you seek your own independent professional advice before deciding to embark on a new diet and exercise regime.

The results (including workout plans and product suggestions) that are generated from the “Get Started” feature on our Site are based on your answers to the questionnaire and are provided on an “as is” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

MMS My Muscle Supplements LTD accepts no liability for the results of the “Get Started” questionnaire and/or your use of brand ambassador content (including workout plans and product suggestions).

 

12. VARIATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us. Your continued use of our Site after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as updated and/or amended.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY
These terms and conditions incorporate by reference any notices contained on our Site and constitute the entire agreement with respect to your access to and use of our Site.
